Metal 3D printing in Romania Europe

Precision you can trust. Engineers who listen.
Tired of working with 3D printing suppliers who don’t fully understand your requirements?
At Intent 3D, your project is handled by engineers with over 5 years of experience working with international companies. We translate functional requirements into manufacturable, high-precision parts, ensuring specifications are met down to micronic tolerances.
For metal applications, parts are produced using original BASF Ultrafuse® 316L, accompanied by the official BASF Material and Technical Data Sheets. Manufacturing follows a controlled FDM printing workflow, combined with professional debinding and sintering, resulting in dense, homogeneous stainless steel components suitable for industrial use.
For larger batch production, we provide a First Article Inspection ( FAI ) prior to series manufacturing, ensuring full dimensional, material, and process compliance before scaling.
We guarantee that every delivered part conforms to the agreed specifications and material properties at the time of delivery, under normal and intended operating conditions.
No assumptions. No guesswork.
Just engineering rigor, traceability, and reliable results.

Intent3D – Steel & Carbon Fiber 3D Printing Services
At Intent3D, we specialize exclusively in high-performance industrial 3D printing, using only two premium materials: stainless steel and carbon-fiber-reinforced PA12. This focus allows us to guarantee consistent quality, mechanical strength, and reliability for every project.
After defining the technical requirements and production specifications with the client, we select the optimal material together and proceed directly to manufacturing. Our production is optimized for functional parts, engineering components, and industrial applications where durability and precision are essential.
All printed parts undergo dimensional verification to ensure they meet the required tolerances. When needed, we also provide FAI (First Article Inspection) reports to validate prototype accuracy before moving into larger batches.
We also offer mechanical and electrical assembly services. For example, for a client from Austria, we produced and assembled a smartwatch charging dock (two printed components + cable), delivering both the initial prototype and later up to 500 assembled units per month.
For metal parts sensitive to corrosion, we supply VCI anti-corrosion packaging, ensuring safe transport and long-term storage.
Depending on the size and complexity of the parts, we can manufacture and deliver up to 1000 prototypes per month, while maintaining strict industrial quality standards.

Our 3D Printing Capabilities
At Intent3D, we deliver high-performance industrial 3D printing services with a strict focus on two advanced materials: stainless steel (17-4 PH and 316L) and carbon-fiber-reinforced PA12. This specialization ensures exceptional mechanical strength, repeatability, and reliability across every project.
All metal parts produced by Intent3D follow an industrial-grade workflow. The debinding and sintering of stainless steel components are carried out in Germany, using certified facilities that guarantee consistent density, structural integrity, and material performance that meets international standards. This allows us to deliver steel components suitable for demanding industrial, mechanical, and engineering applications.
For composite parts, our PA12 + Carbon Fiber workflow produces lightweight, rigid components with outstanding dimensional stability — ideal for functional prototypes, technical mechanisms, brackets, housings, and performance applications.
We support both prototype production and small-to-medium batch manufacturing. In addition to printing, we offer dimensional verification, tolerance validation, FAI reporting, mechanical assembly, and anti-corrosion packaging for metal components.
With the ability to produce up to 1000 parts per month, depending on size and complexity, Intent3D ensures rapid turnaround times while maintaining uncompromising quality and precision.
